Starting from tomographic data collected and passing through the solid modelling (Fig. 1), rapid prototyping techniques (Fig. 2) can be used with the aim of representing the actual mandible morphometry of a dentolous patient (Fig. 2) or the insertion of a prosthetic system in the mandible of an edentolous patient (Fig. 3). |
